Payment

The payment can be made using either:

Eurocongres reserves the right to change any means of payment, adding new or removing any oft he existing ones, and the client cannot make any complaint. Nevertheless, if the change in the way of payment affects to an order already processed, Eurocongres will contact the client immediately in order to inform about this change and offering the client the possibility to cancel the order.

Your credit card will be charged immediately, through your desire method and once all the information provided has been verified.

In order to provide maximun security to the proccess of payment, Eurocongres uses very secured systems of payments from very well known banks. If you need any additional information about your data security, please refer to our privacy policy.

Credit cards are subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to formalize any contract with you.

Eurocongres reserves the right to check the client’s personal data and adopt the measures it deems appropriate (including the cancellation of the order) to guarantee compliance with these conditions.

Guarantee of the product/services purchased

Conforme al Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 del 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, Eurocongres responde de las faltas de conformidad que se manifiesten en un plazo de dos años desde la entrega.

In case of lack of agreement, you must inform us within two months by email to eurocongres@eurocongres.es, indicating your personal data, the number of your purchase’sinvoice and the problem detected.

In case of no fulfillment of this period, the guaranty will not be affected but you will be theresponsible party for damages incurred due to the delay of the communication.

In case of a manufacturing defect, Eurocongres will be responsible for the return costs, as well as the costs related to labor and materials. As we sell services and not physical products, the costs would be bank processing fees.
