Cancellations
The client can request the cancellation of any order according to the detailed policy of each service indicated when making the order.
The company will accept the order’s cancellation, by email or by telephone (+34 958 209361) only through our Customer’s service.
Refund of services
In cases where the client considers that the service does not conform to the stipulations, he will have to get in contact with us, immediately, by email or by telephone, providing the reason.
Once received the notification, Eurocongres will contact you in order to inform you how to proceed.
Refunds will be made in the same method of payment used for the order.
